I had forgotten that I"m not very good at these sorts of things. There were about 500 people there. The evening was sort of difficult because I am not skilled at socializing- but, Oh well. My art was shown. That's the point.

Here is another mural I painted last night at the Concepts Dance Studio in Johnstown PA. I am really on a mural-painting kick right now. It's so ultra-satisfying for me to paint large areas with spray paint. I doodled this octopus a while back on a sheet of paper, and my 6 year old daughter suggested that I add goggles. Brilliant.

ethnic variety

I recently was asked to provide illustration samples of different ethnic groups, or at least some ethnic variety, so I dug around in my old illustration folders to see what I could find. I hadn't seen these illustrations in a while- I did most of them 2 or more years ago.
